The Notifications page lets you control which alerts and emails Firepanel sends to you.
Accessing Notifications
Navigate to Account → Notifications.
Notification Types
| Notification | Description |
|---|---|
| Project invitations | When someone invites you to a Firepanel project |
| Backup completed | When a scheduled or manual backup finishes |
| Backup failed | When a backup operation fails |
| Billing alerts | Invoices, payment failures, and plan changes |
| Campaign delivery | When a messaging campaign has been delivered |
| System announcements | Firepanel product updates and maintenance notices |
Updating Preferences
Toggle each notification type on or off using the switches. Changes are saved automatically.
Note:
Critical account notifications (such as billing failures and security alerts) cannot be disabled.
