Navigate to Authentication in the project sidebar to see every Firebase Auth user of your connected Firebase project.
Users List
The table shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| User | Avatar, display name (or a fallback label), and email |
| Providers | Icons for each sign-in provider (Google, Apple, GitHub, Microsoft, Email & password, Phone), plus a shield icon if multi-factor auth is enrolled |
| Status | Enabled, Unverified, or Disabled |
| Profile columns | Up to 4 fields from a linked Firestore profile document, if configured — marked with a small "profile" badge |
| Created | When the account was created |
| Last sign-in | When the user last signed in |
Use the page-size selector (10/25/50/100) and Previous/Next to page through results.
Note:
There's no "create user" action — Firebase Authentication users can only be created by your app (via sign-up), not from Firepanel.
Searching
Type an exact email, uid, or phone number into the search box. Firebase's Admin SDK only supports exact lookups for these fields, so partial or fuzzy matches won't return results — if nothing matches, Firepanel tells you to check the value rather than showing an empty list.
Note:
If indexing is set up (Algolia or Elasticsearch), the list also supports filtering, sorting, and a total count. Without it, Firepanel pages directly through Firebase in its native order.
