Click a user in the users list to open their detail page.
Authentication Details
A read-only card shows data straight from Firebase Auth: provider uid, email verification status, multi-factor enrollment, phone, created/last sign-in/token refresh times, custom claims (raw JSON), tenant, and the list of sign-in providers linked to the account.
Actions
Password reset
Click Password reset to generate a reset link and email it to the user. This button is disabled if the user has no email address.
Send verification email
From the actions menu, click Send verification email. Disabled if the user has no email, or their email is already verified.
Revoke refresh tokens
From the actions menu, click Revoke refresh tokens to immediately end all of the user's active sessions. Without this, existing sessions stay valid until their token naturally expires.
Disable or enable the user
From the actions menu, toggle Disable user / Enable user. A disabled user can't sign in, but any of their existing sessions remain valid until the token expires — use Revoke refresh tokens to end those immediately too.
Delete the user
From the actions menu, click Delete. This permanently removes the Firebase Auth account and cannot be undone.
Note:
Deleting a user only removes their Firebase Auth account. Their linked profile document and any related Firestore records are left untouched.
Editing the Linked Profile
If a profile collection is configured, the detail page shows a Profile card with the joined Firestore document's fields. Click Edit to update those fields, or Open document to jump to it in Content.
Note:
Editing here only ever writes to the linked Firestore document — Firebase Auth fields (email, providers, etc.) are always read-only on this page.
If no document matches the user, the card shows "No profile document for this user." If nothing is configured yet, it prompts you to set one up in Configuring Authentication.
Related Records
Each related collection you've configured appears as its own expandable section, showing that user's matching documents as a table or cards, with pagination.
