Payments & Invoices

Manage payment methods and access invoices for your Firepanel subscription via the Stripe billing portal.

Payment methods and invoices are managed through the Stripe billing portal, not directly inside Firepanel. This keeps your payment data secure and handled by Stripe.

Opening the Billing Portal

Navigate to AccountBilling and click the Manage billing button in the top-right of the subscription card. This opens the Stripe portal in a new tab.

What You Can Do in the Portal

Payment Methods

  • Add a payment method — Enter your card or other payment details. New methods are saved securely by Stripe.
  • Set a default — Choose which payment method is used for future renewals.
  • Remove a payment method — Delete methods you no longer need (you cannot remove your default method without setting a new one first).

Invoices

The portal provides a full billing history with all past charges.

Click Download invoice next to any entry to save a PDF copy for your records.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically and Firepanel will send a notification to your account email. Open the billing portal to update your payment method and prevent service interruption.
