Back up your Firepanel project's configuration, Firestore data, or both.

Creating a Backup

Open the Backups tab

Navigate to Settings → Backups and click New Backup.

Choose what to back up

Check one or both:

  • Firepanel configuration — content types, components, members, tags, and messaging configuration
  • Firestore data — a full export of your Firestore database

If the Firestore data checkbox is disabled, Firepanel shows why (plan, database mode, or missing Storage bucket — see Requirements).

Choose a destination (data backups only)

If you checked Firestore data, pick the Cloud Storage bucket and destination folder (defaults to backups) the export should be written to.

Name and start

Optionally give the backup a name to identify it later, then click Create. The backup runs in the background — see Runs and Progress.
