Getting Help
If you have questions or need assistance with Firepanel, there are several ways to get support.
Help Center
The Help Center contains articles and guides covering common questions. Navigate to Support in the left sidebar to access it.

Contact Support
To contact the Firepanel support team:

Open Support
Click Support in the left sidebar.

Browse the help articles
Search or browse the help articles — your answer may already be there.

Submit a ticket
If you can't find an answer, click Contact Support or New Ticket to submit a support request.
Provide:
- Subject — a brief summary of the issue
- Description — detailed explanation, including steps to reproduce if it's a bug
- Project — which Firepanel project is affected (if applicable)
- Attachments — screenshots or screen recordings that illustrate the issue
